sounds odd but good
layer ruffle chips in bottom of casserole dish sprinkle green chilies on top
and very finely chopped onions and celery
a layer of browned hamburger meat

add at this time
salt pepper,whatever seasongings u like
can of cream of mushroom soup
keep layering until u get the dish to the fullness u want sprinkle top
with swiss cheese and parmesean at the last few minutes of baking.
