we see enough crap on news,,we all know what a bad time the world is in.. we all view.. It would be nice to have more up posts here, good thoughts!! not the same old depressing news(my thoughts) we see every day..What can we do?
A good conversation,would be wonderful,,gloom times are prolific.. we can;t change war or,what our leaders do!! we vote,we endure..

I vote for positive thoughts,,after all Tyler has provided us with the up coming news,,so why post it here~

The news scroller was not intended to take the place of people posting News related topics, but rather help them find news stories of interest that they would like to post about. Posting them creates the opportunity to discuss it.

yes,I agree Tyler with discussing protocol(news) but what does vinting accomplish?

In fact, I went out of my way to explain how useful it can be for finding topics to post about. I explained how if you click a title of a news story it will open a new window to the news source, so it can be easliy copied and pasted to your post.

Tyler I love having the assistance of the news scrolling, awesome idea on your part.

views can be a topic,, and I see a discussion can be good,but we all will not agree, of course.. it is a good reference~

Thanks SSC, yeah I think its nice to have too, I would've added one a long time ago but the template we had before on this forum was the wrong kind to handle it, but now we have the correct template to accommodate lots of gadgets.

I tend to differ I see many discussions in various news topics.

Well, when you have a "thought to discuss" you be sure to let everyone know, but I'll roll with the flow, because if you over analyze it trying to think of something to "discuss" then it just makes it tougher.

Might I suggest that you be more patient and let ideas come to you. In the meantime continue to post News material that is interesting to you or that you would like to discuss. You might want to consider writing something yourself at the end of the article as opposed to only posting the news article. Getting YOUR point of view will make your post more welcoming to a reply or comment from someone.

Yeah well, a "positive news scroller" is all relative to what your interpretation of something being "Positive" is, some more universally considered "Positive" than others. For example, I certainly wouldn't want my "positive news scroller" tied into the Richard Roberts prayer line RSS feed...Some of which I'm sure is positive material to some people, but wouldn't be so much to me..
