Interesting Statistics
interesting facts concerning the Presidential election Map
Professor Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the Presidential election:

Number of States won by:

· Democrats: 19

· Republicans: 29

Square miles of land won by:

· Democrats: 580,000

· Republicans: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by:

· Democrats: 127 million

· Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:

· Democrats: 13.2

· Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won by Republicans was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare.

Professor Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal's and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

The ugly truth. Pelosi and her crew are determined and overtly committed to changing the demographic at any cost. I believe they will win if they haven't won already. This stimulus spending is,in truth, the de facto socialization of the American economy. The "urbanization" of America will result in publicly purchased and financed housing for huge numbers of low income residents and the attendant unkempt properties, boarded up dwellings, and abandoned cars and junk at the curbside. This will be an immediate and very visible result. Look for it.

well on the stimulus package, i do think there could be a ok package, but i dont expect one, one persons pork is anothers interest.. as for me we have had amtrak as a customer, with some competion from some others.amtrak i think is in the stimulus package, and we are going to retrofit
some track for them, which would be good for me, as so many ppl in many companies are getting layed off. i actually do not work on amtraks stuff, but another railroad companys stuff, but as a whole the amtrak job would help me if it helped my company,, and i will admit to it being selfish on my part, , take care
