CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE
3 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 c. sliced mushrooms
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth, drained
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Heat oil. Saute onion and green peppers for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook 30 minutes.
In buttered casserole arrange layers of spaghetti, chicken, sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with a green salad and garlic cheese hot french bread
