i watched i think on discovery channel, about the raid to kill bin laden, it was interesting, this may have been in the news , the reason the helicopter crashed is it was landing in a yard with a high wall and and not that big, and the wall did something to the air, and the copter lost air lift with the air hitting the walls, so the other one landed outside the walls, it showed an animated show on how it all took place, a picture kinda like one of those war game u play on wii or playstation, it said one seal shot him in the chest one in the forehead that took the top of his head off, and after they got him in a body bag and outside , they did not have a tape measure so a 6 foot seal layed beside him as to show how tall he was as he was 6' 4" .and they took pictures, there was more but it was interesting, they had drones watching, they have some device and i think it said it can measure the vibration of a window and tell what is being said inside a room, anyway amazing things, they also had 2 more bigger helicopters standing farther off incase they were needed, anyway it was interesting,

Wish I seen that. I never read or heard about a helicopter crashing until you posted this. I can understand the reasoning thou. I guess they didn't figure in about the wall and how it could affect the draft and lift of the helicopter. That would be a hard one to predict. Kinda a freak accident. But like you said they had other helicopters ready to go in. Those guns they use are powerful. Its no wonder it took half his head off.

From the small footage I have seen so far all I saw was a helicopter hovering over the house he was at and the navy seals came down on ropes real fast and took him out. I guess I'm not up to date on the facts here. Is there a video of any of this?

i think they have the video classified, but i did see short shots on the new, yes one crashed , the destroyed to all but the tail rotor section, that was hanging on the wall , no one was hurt when it went down, it was a good show, the seals wore helmet cams, but like i said classified .. well in on the 12 hour shift so i have precious little time, there will be days i dont have time to come on the sight, but i have told u that . just a reminder, thanks and take care,
