I can do every thing on it. Same as my old Tower...but this is more powerful.
Very fast.

Yet I still use Windows XP Prof. year 2,000 or 3

My old drive was cloned onto a larger drive and put into this little box with a Processor and
two fans, network card. and maybe more. It has 4 ports for I pod and camera ect;

My friend has been working on computers for twenty years.

I am very pleased with this new puter. But there are higher specs if wanted.
I did not pay very much for it.

That sounds cool. Glad its working good for you. I want to get a laptop someday so when I go on vacation I can take it with me. I don't particularly like those hand help boxes like Blackberry and the others. But they are popular now. If I get a mobile PC it would be a laptop with a decent size screen. I'll get one someday, but I don't want a little handheld device.

I'm assuming you are still using the same monitor you had before. Thats great I'm glad it all went well and the drive got cloned properly. He knows what hes doing thats for sure.

Sheeeesh. I dinna know that you duys were so computer savvy, so's I'll stay outta those convos henceforth. But I did wanna comment on my Kindls. This thing is perfect for me. I didn't know you can surf the net,make game moves, and pay bills with it. I thought it was just a book reader. I read a lot and was spending some dollars on books. I was going to reccomend it but I just heard that "Kindle Fire" will be in color and even more capable @ $199. The news report said it was like Apple's I-Pad without the camera and the microphone. I use neither so I may buy one soon if I can sell my new Kindle to my brother.

guys at work surf the net on their phones, they check the weather radar, for whats coming our way at work, and check espn.com for football point spreads, and some are pretty fast. but i would never want one, take care,

My daughter and g-baby have Iphones, they are amazing from a GPS to g-baby can research for homework.

If I had one of those when I went to school I would have cheated with it for my homework and other things. I would use the computer to my full advantage. I know I would because I know me. lol
