We have had too much rain this year, even raining now.

Trouble is the old Victorian sewers we have overflow into the Thames
And that is not good. Pollution!

But plans are afoot to build another sewer completing in 2023
Costing £4.1bn..a lot of money

Water bill will go up to pay for it.

It is called The River Thames Tideway Tunnel.

Population growth and continuing loss of underdeveloped land able to soak up
Rainfall means these overflows are increasing.

We have to ensure the UK meets legal environmental
Standards set by the EU.....European U......(European Union)

MY LINK WILL NOT WORK AT THE MOMENT>>>>>DO NOT KNOW WHY

Hmm! It must be an email url

www.thames.tunnelconsultation.co.uk

Good Golly Molly..The website at the moment does not exist (AS YET)
They need to pull their socks up...

Does anyone know what the other half is doing. Typical way of running a Country.
