Have you ever done Candle Gazing? I have with a group of Advanced Yogis.
Keep your eyes on the Candle Flame and listen to the music
Try to clear your mind of all thought.
You might be able to see the flame change to something different.
A weired sensation if you wander bring your mind back to what you are suppose to do.
You might float or see different colours.
The music is very peaceful and calms your thoughts.
You will have to relax your body at the same time.
You are of course allowed to blink.
