One of my favorite image editors is Pixler, I use it often for various things such as cropping, writing on an image, resizing, transparencies, etc, so I added it today so everyone can use it right here on the forum, in our forums pages located at the link below.

You can upload pics to it from your computer, or from a URL, or you can start by creating a new image. Its feature rich for experienced users and simple enough for beginners at image editing, however be patient it takes awhile to learn, but once you get the hang of it you'll appreciate what it can do. Feel free to use it anytime you wish.
