Did you hear the horse owners reaction when he lost? Acted like a total sore loser. I understand his point but hes wrong, the races have been that way forever, and the fact fresh horses can race it that didn't enter either of the other two major races makes winning the trpple crown that much harder and sweeter. Its hard to win the tripple crown as it should be. Hes a whiner to complain other horses were in it that were fresher. So the fuck what they have weeks before the next big race to rest up if needed. Thats one of the reasons winning it makes it so special they have to win all three and prove they have what it takes. Also I highly suspect he was drinking all day and said that under the influence. I bet he regrets it now.

He just issued a huge apology, I'm sure he was heart broken but the triple crown is a grueling race for the winner of the other two and only 2 weeks to rest up is extremely hard on the horse, a mile and a half race has broken many horses, and I thought I had heard CC had never won a race that long, coming in 4th still makes a fine payday and stud fee price just went off the charts, you gotta remember he only paid 10 grand for the horse to begin with, I have seem million dollar horses that didn't race as well as he did.
