Operation Import The Vote – Obama to illegal aliens: Come on in, amnesty is on the way!

by Gina Cassini | Top Right News

Lawlessness breeds more lawlessness. Such is the case with Obama’s America, and illegal immigration.

Obama, Democrats and even GOP leaders John Boehner and Eric Cantor have telegraphed to the entire world that the United States will be passing amnesty any day now — via “Executive Order” treason or backstabbing Congressional betrayal once conservative primary opponents have been defeated.

As a result, massive numbers of illegal aliens are flooding the Texas border – the least defended section of our entire border is the Rio Grande Valley — so they can get here before amnesty is passed.

Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch has chronicled the problems along the Mexican border in his documentaries, including his latest: They Come to America II. Lynch sat down with Megyn Kelly to reveal some new information about just how bad things are getting at the Texas border.

Lynch said his information, which comes from “the guys who are down there” on the border, indicates that the Border Patrol there is nearing the point of collapse.

“What they told me is worse than I’ve ever been told before,” said Lynch, adding that he is being told there are a stunning 2,000 arrests of illegal immigrants a day in the Rio Grande Valley.

Lynch said the influx of immigrants from Central America, not Mexico, is becoming more than the Border Patrol in Texas can handle.

“The big driver of it all is the promise of amnesty. That’s what they’re all being told. We’re at the point right now where people are coming across and they’re just handing themselves in because they know they’re not going to be sent back,” said Lynch. “It’s so bad I don’t even know what to say anymore.”

As with the Benghazi Betrayal, and the POW Raw Deal, this Administration has shown there is no limit to their contempt for the rule of law.

Obama Responds To Border Crisis by Ordering Even More Incentives for Illegal Entry
June 6, 2014 By FAIR Media Team
http://immigrationreform.com/2014/06/06/obama-responds-to-border-crisis-by-ordering-even-more-incentives-for-illegal-entry/

FAIR issued the following press statement regarding the renewing Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals in the midst of a crisis of illegal alien minors crossing the U.S. southwest border.

Obama Responds To Border Crisis by Ordering Even More Incentives for Illegal Entry

While an unprecedented number of illegal alien minors surge across the border –  incentivized by lax enforcement and promises of amnesty –   the Obama administration has just announced it is expanding a program that defers the deportation of illegal aliens. In June of 2012, the Obama administration bypassed Congress with an executive action that put into place Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).  The program, otherwise known as the DREAM Act, grants a reprieve from deportation and work authorization to broad categories of “young” illegal aliens.  Yesterday, the Department of Homeland Security announced that a two-year renewal process has begun and encourages those not already enrolled to do so.

Dan Stein, president of FAIR called yesterday’s action “reckless and irresponsible.” Stein observed that, “even while we’re watching the chaotic result of this administration’s non-enforcement policies at the border, the president is implementing even more incentives guaranteed to create more chaos.”

According to White House sources, the number of unaccompanied illegal alien minors entering the United States could be more than 60,000 this year, a 90% increase over 2013, and up to 130,000 by 2015.  A recent memo from the Border Patrol estimates the numbers could be even higher. The surge is overwhelming local border officials and forcing them to transport the aliens further north for processing and release.

Since its implementation in 2012, more than 560,000 illegal aliens have applied for relief from deportation under the DACA program.  While the program limits eligibility to those who have resided in the United States since June 2007, the message being sent to Mexico and throughout Central America is that illegal entry is rewarded, further amnesty legislation is pending and in its absence, the president will enact it by executive action.

“President Obama has responded to the border crisis by issuing a memorandum ordering a ‘unified and coordinated federal’ response,” Stein continued. “It’s laughable because the problem has been created by Obama’s six-year ‘unified and coordinated federal’ campaign to dismantle enforcement. Now he’s pretending to repair the very thing he deliberately broke by expanding benefits.”

“If President Obama believes the flood of illegal alien minors at the border is a humanitarian crisis then he needs to send a strong message throughout Mexico and Central America that the United States will enforce its laws and he needs to discourage parents from sending their children on a dangerous journey north,” Stein said. Renewing a program (DACA) that indefinitely delays enforcement of our immigration laws just perpetuates the problem.”

Feds say no end in sight for policy of 'dumping' illegal immigrants in Arizona, Gov. Brewer says

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday she is “disturbed and outraged” after she was informed by federal officials that not only has the government been shipping illegal immigrants out of Texas and “dumping” them in her state, it has no plans to stop.

Federal officials told Brewer Friday that the practice will continue for the foreseeable future, and this weekend more than 1,000 illegal immigrant children will be “dumped” in Arizona. Adults and family units will also arrive, though Brewer was not told how many, her office said.

Reports first surfaced last week that scores of illegal immigrants in Texas were being flown, bused and then abandoned out of state in Arizona and elsewhere. After learning of the practice, Brewer sent a scathing letter to the president on Monday posing a string of questions about the policy. Brewer said Friday what little she has learned since then has made her even more concerned.

“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally - while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” she said in a statement.

Brewer said the federal government never formally informed her administration of the practice and has never explained it.

Brewer said she has demanded answers from Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, and is again calling on President Obama to terminate the practice.

“I am disturbed and outraged that President Obama’s administration continues to implement this dangerous and inhumane policy, meanwhile neglecting to answer crucial questions our citizens demand and deserve," she said.

The illegal immigrants in question come from Central America and have flooded into Texas via the Rio Grande Valley. The number of apprehensions in the Rio Grande Valley has shot up in recent years, with south Texas now the main gateway for illegal immigration along the southwest border with Mexico.

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley sector apprehended 154,453 immigrants last year -- up from 97,762 the previous year.

More shockingly, some say, is the unprecedented surge of children making the more than 1,000-mile journey from Central America to the U.S.-Mexico border to escape violence in their home countries.

Obama on Monday described the surge in children crossing the border as an "urgent humanitarian situation," appointing FEMA head Craig Fugate to lead an effort addressing the crisis. The White House is also seeking an additional $1.4 billion from Congress to deal with the influx.

"This is a humanitarian crisis and it requires a humanitarian response," Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., told Reuters.

Most of the families apprehended so far in Texas have been flown to Arizona and dropped off by the busload at stations in Phoenix and Tucson. They've also been sent to New York and Maryland.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said it does not want to lock up minors in detention centers or split up families.

Those sent to Arizona are expected to check in on their own once their deportation process nears completion in an honor system of sorts.

"After screening by DHS authorities, the family units will be released under supervision and required to report in to a local ICE office near their destination address within 15 days, where their cases will be managed in accordance with current ICE enforcement priorities," according to an ICE statement.

Arizona sends supplies to illegal immigrant children 'dumped' in warehouse

The state of Arizona has shipped mattresses, portable toilets, and showers to a warehouse in Nogales where over 700 illegal immigrant children have been "dumped" by federal agents using the facility as a makeshift holding center.

An official with the Department of Homeland Security told the Associated Press that 2,000 mattresses have been ordered after most of the children spent the night sleeping on plastic cots.

Gov. Jan Brewer's spokesman, Andrew Wilder, said Friday that conditions at the center are so dire that federal officials have asked the state to immediately ship medical supplies there.

DHS started flying illegal immigrants to Arizona from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas last month after the number of immigrants -- including more than 48,000 children traveling on their own -- overwhelmed the Border Patrol there.

Families were flown from Texas, released in Arizona, and told to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office near where they were traveling within 15 days. ICE has said the immigrants were mostly families from Central America fleeing extreme poverty and violence.

Federal officials told Brewer Friday that more than 1,000 illegal immigrant children will be "dumped" in Arizona this weekend and the practice would continue for the foreseeable future. Adults and family units will also arrive, though Brewer was not told how many, her office said.

The Homeland Security official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because there was no authorization to discuss the matter publicly, said the holding center opened for unaccompanied migrant children because the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services had nowhere to turn.

"They became so overwhelmed and haven't kept up with planning," the official said.

At the holding center, vendors are being contracted to provide nutritional meals, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, meanwhile, will provide counseling services and recreational activities.

The Homeland Security official said the number of children at the warehouse was expected to double to around 1,400. The warehouse has a capacity of about 1,500.

The Arizona Daily Star reported Saturday that Jimena Diaz, consul general of Guatemala in Phoenix, visited the center Friday and said there were about 250 children from Guatemala, with the rest coming from El Salvador and Honduras.

Diaz told the newspaper that the children are being kept in separate groups, divided by age and gender. Most of them are between 15 and 17, Diaz said, with a few much younger than that. Teenage mothers with their children are also being detained separately, he said.

The warehouse began sheltering children flown from South Texas last Saturday. About 400 were scheduled to arrive Friday but, because of mechanical issues with the planes, only about 60 came, the Homeland Security official said. Saturday's flights were canceled, also because of mechanical problems. There are flights scheduled through mid-June.

Federal authorities plan to use the Nogales facility as a way station, where the children will be vaccinated and checked medically. They will then be sent to facilities being set up in Ventura, California; San Antonio, Texas; and Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Customs and Border Protection in Arizona "is prepared to and expects to continue processing unaccompanied children from South Texas," said Victor L. Brabble, a spokesman for the agency in Tucson.

The Homeland Security official said that the children would be moved out of the Nogales site as soon as Health and Human Services finds places for them.

But the official said: "As quickly as we move them out, we get more. We believe this is just a start."

The children being held in Nogales are 17 or younger. The official estimated three of every four were at least 16.

Nogales Mayor Arturo Garino visited the facility Saturday, but he did not get inside the site where the children were being held. Garino said he did meet with Border Patrol officials. He was told some of the children are as young as 1 year old.

"I have all the faith in the world as mayor and as a citizen of Nogales that our Border Patrol is doing the best and the most kind and humane thing with the children," Garino said.

The town has begun collecting clothing donations for the kids, he said.

"Border Patrol has always been good to the city of Nogales, and they work very closely with us," Garino said. "Now, as a city, we need to help Border Patrol so that they can accomplish their goal of making sure these children are all taken care of."

Immigration officials can immediately return Mexican immigrants to the border, but they are much more hard-pressed to deal with Central American migrants who illegally cross into the U.S. In recent months, waves of migrants from nations south of Mexico have arrived in Texas.

The Homeland Security official said that legally, only their parents or guardians can take custody if the government makes the children eligible for release.

Officials in Central America and Mexico have noticed a recent increase in women and children crossing the border. Father Heyman Vazquez, the director of a migrant shelter in Huixtla in the southern Mexico state of Chiapas, said he and others advise children that it's too dangerous.

Yet Vazquez is seeing more and more youths heading north.

"I remember a little boy of 9 years old and I asked if he was going to go meet someone and he told me `No, I'm just going hand myself over because I hear they help kids,' " Vazquez said.

Illegal women, kids swarm US via Mexico after home countries report Obama ‘amnesty,’ free legal aid

Driven by an agricultural disaster and lured by news reports in their home countries that a feckless Obama administration has essentially declared amnesty for illegal aliens, thousands of women and children are flooding holding centers in Texas and Arizona.

Since being overwhelmed by an influx of illegal immigrants at the Texas-Mexico border last month, including huge numbers of children unaccompanied by adults, the Department of Homeland Security has been transporting migrants – by bus and plane — from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas to sites in Arizona, The Associated Press reported.

One center in Nogales, Ariz., expected to receive more than 1,000 unaccompanied children from Friday to Sunday alone. Andrew Wilder, a spokesman for Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, said federal officials are asking the state to ship medical supplies to the center and the Federal Emergency Management Agency is going into action to deal with the crisis, according to AP.

FOX 10 News | myfoxphoenix.com

The Nogales center is just the beginning, though. The children will be vaccinated there before being sent on to centers in California, Texas and Oklahoma, AP reported.

The immigrants are mainly coming from Central America, which makes it more difficult to deport them than just sending them back to Mexico.

According to the Arizona Star, one reason behind the sudden surge is a coffee fungus that has destroyed coffee crops and wiped out plantation jobs in Central America.

However, Wilder said the true depth of the crisis is a creation of the Obama administration.

“They keep coming. This will not stop. The call has gone out to Central American countries, countries abroad, that if you get here the doors are open,” Wilder said.

KRGV Channel 5, in the border town of McAllen, Texas, reported that migrants from Central American countries like Guatemala are hearing news reports at home that mothers with children are being welcomed in the U.S. with plane and bus tickets to the interior.

Women and children from Central America crowd a detention center in Texas last week.

And where are the news outlets in Central America getting the idea that the U.S. is open to all comers?

From the White House, says Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.

“It is a direct consequence of the presidents illegal actions,” he said, according to Breitbart. “The parents think, ‘If I send my child [to the U.S.], my child will have amnesty.’ That’s what the president of the U.S. has said. It is the exact opposite of a humane approach to immigration or to securing our borders.”

Meanwhile, Attorney General Eric Holder announced plans Friday to allocate about $2 million in grants pay lawyers and paralegals to represent minors who enter the country illegally – taxpayer money going to pay for non-citizens.

So thanks to a natural fungus that’s destroying coffee crops in Central America, there’s a real humanitarian crisis brewing on America’s southern border that’s a perfect storm of Obama-era liberalism in action.

Politically motivated lawlessness lures immigrants to make dangerous journeys from Central America to the United States – a veritable manna of vulnerable women and young children streaming into the hands of human traffickers.

The federal government creates a crisis of epic proportions, then leaves the mess for the states to clean up. And for those lucky women and children who escape the depredations of perverts, pimps and other criminals that plague them on the journey north – congratulations, we got you a lawyer.

Welcome to Obama’s America.

Border Agent’s Desperate Plea For Help, Says U.S. ‘Completely Overrun by Criminal Aliens’
By Top Right News on June 10, 2014 i

by Jason DeWitt | Top Right News

A U.S. Border Patrol agent stationed in South Texas sent a shocking letter with a desperate plea for help, stating more than half of immigrants crossing the border end up doing so successfully and that many of those are the most criminal types.

“As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching,” the agent — who sent his letter to journalist Adan Salazar — claims. Salazar has withheld the agent’s name to protect him from retaliation.

The agent called the Border Patrol’s failing effort an “ongoing crisis,” calling their work a “fruitless task”, citing insufficient staff, a lack of support from the American people and the Obama administration’s refusal to acknowledge the crisis.

This border agent works in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) sector — epicenter for the unprecedented invasion of upwards of 100,000 illegal aliens in just the past 5 months.

He said it is in the RGV that aliens who evade capture are typically the most violent.

“The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens,” the agent stated.

Outrageously, the agent says, under the direction of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), immigrants are being rounded up and released in largely-Hispanic populated South Texas towns, such as Brownsville and McAllen, because “fewer people will notice or care.”

“We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago,” reports the agent.

As we reported two weeks ago, Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch predicted that the Border Patrol was “on the verge of total collapse,” as record numbers of illegals began streaming across the border from Central America, immediately surrendering themselves to Border Patrol.

The agency has become so overwhelmed with processing these surrenders, that they have pulled large numbers of agents off the border to assist — giving free reign to the drug cartels and even terrorists to cross over undetected for the first time in decades.

Below is the agent’s stunning letter in full…

Good Morning,

I am a Border Patrol Agent in the Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV), south of Corpus Christi, Texas. Thank you for your continued support and coverage of the ongoing crisis on the border. I would like to take a moment to convey the absolute desperation that we are reaching down here. We have been ordered to release thousands of Family Units (Parent/Child), and thousands of teenage unaccompanied juveniles (Under 18). We have encountered numerous instances of fraud, kidnapping, and exploitation where adults are claiming that very young children are their own, when in fact they are not. Many of the unaccompanied juveniles are claiming that they have a responsible parent to be released to, when in fact they do not.

As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching. On a good day, we catch approximately 30 to 40 percent of all crossers while the rest simply get away. In the RGV, we have been averaging around 10,000 apprehensions per week. That means we are losing well over 10,000 aliens per week. And the aliens that are getting away are not the juveniles or the family units because they are turning themselves in at the first sight of agents. The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens.

In the RGV, we have been releasing aliens, through ICE, in Brownsville, Texas and McAllen, Texas. We have been ordered to go out of our way to bus them to those locations for release because they are cities of mostly Hispanic heritage, so fewer people will notice or care. We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago.

We cannot get any attention or relief down here. We desperately need immediate manpower, resources, and a firm support of Americans. This is de facto amnesty. The President and the Secretary of Homeland Security will ignore this issue as long as possible in order to let as many illegal aliens gain entry into the United States.

Again, thank you for your undying support and patriotism. You have no idea how much my fellow agents and I appreciate it. God bless America.

[h/t Adan Salazar, InfoWars, who has verified the identity of this agent]
