four chicken breasts boneless
1 cup of crushed pecans
1 cup of self rising flour
seasoned with what ever spices one likes
mix flour,pecans spices in zip lock bag
soak chicken in buttermilk for one hour

drain slightly, roll in pecan/spice/flour mixture place in baking dish that has been rubbed with small amount of butter
bake in 350 degree oven till chicken is done and golden brown..

serve with sauteed snow peas
and garlic mashed potatoes..
