wow that says more for crime in detroit than housing, it make me feel good, there are 2 houses close to me that have not had anyone live there in almost a year, and they are fine, u could not pay me to live in detroit much less give a dollar for a shell of a house, but im not in a city, but out in the country side a bit ,,,
