8 double-rib pork chops with pockets cut for stuffing
2 c. sm. dry bread cubes
1 c. finely chopped unpared apple
1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
1/4 c. light raisins
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Sprinkle salt and pepper over chops.
Combine bread cubes, apple, cheese, raisins, butter, orange juice, salt and cinnamon. Stuff mixture into pockets. Press edges of pockets together to seal. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
