This a recipe I have eaten since I was a little boy. My Mom would make this and also my Dad, now I make it and I'm having it tonight, so while its fresh on my mind I'll post this easy recipe that I happen to love.
3 cans a tunafish, your favorite brand is fine, tonight I'm using Bumble Bee tuna.
Bag of flat noodles, use about 3/4 of a normal size bag.
2 cans of Campbell's Soup (Mushroom soup) Don't add the water just the soup straight out of the can.
First boil the noodles in salted water until done, then drain and add the noodles to a casserole dish, then sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil on it and blend it all together. Then add all 3 cans of tunafish and the 2 cans of Campbell's Soup (Mushroom soup), then stir/blend it all together. Then add some black pepper on top of it. Then stick it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for aprox 30 minutes, then pull it out and enjoy.
Serve with a can of heated baby green peas, and some hot rolls.
