medium sized zucchini.cut in half length wise,
squeeze a bit of lime on them
brush with butter
seasoned salt,
garlic/cayenne pepper
place on medium hot grill
but not directly over coals (Kingsford) is best LOL
turn a few times until
as done as you want it
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese at serving
