my words: the government report to its ppl working with intelligence would not copy its not text i guess but a pic, but go to the url to read it, its about the post will report the interaction between the government and some private contractors, so to read it do the url, only thing that would copy is what is under the url,the letter below it talks about is the memorandum that would not copy,

I have obtained this document sent by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. It appears the Washington Post is about to push the bounds of intelligence reporting. The intelligence agency seems concerned. See letter below. More coming later.
