This is a recipe I copied from a web site and we are having it tonight ! cheers

Old-Fashioned Baked Ham

Ingredients:

* 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple slices
* 1 canned ham (5 pounds)
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1 teaspoon ground mustard
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice; set aside. Place ham in a baking pan; bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine brown sugar, cloves, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl; stir in reserved pineapple juice. Score ham; place pineapple slices and cherries on top of ham; spoon glaze over fruit and ham. Bake for another 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally. Yield: 8-10 servings.

same recipe as above, except use a fresh ham~ very good

That is a great recipe, I use the same but add coke to it, gives a good flavor, basting is very important. If using a fresh ham be sure to adjust your baking time as it is a raw ham..

you can also use a fully cooked ham like emgee, and use the same recipe except don't add the pineapple brown sugar, until the last ten minutes of cooking~

I use mustard ,,instead of vinegar, also gives the ham more flavor and the consistency is better~ ..
