2 lbs fresh or frozen shrimp
1 jar Ragu garlic alfredo sauce
seasoning to taste usually the trinity (bell pepper, onion, garlic)
angelhair pasta
if using frozen shrimp thaw completely
heat a small amount of butter in a large skillet.. I like the olive oil flavored butter
add the cut seasoning, saute just to the semi crisp point
add shrimp, cook till they are pink and firm
add the Ragu sauce, put on low fire and simmer about 10-15 min.
a light sprinkle of Tony's and fresh ground pepper
prepare the pasta
of course garlic toast is mandatory
serve looping pasta on the plate and spoon a generous amount in the center
a side of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers goes nicely
