Well what about this: The WH has announced a $5 million fund to award bonuses to states that are "efficient" at signing up food card recipients. That's right. At a time when we are facing an entitlement program crises,the Obama admin. is paying states ($2.4 mill to OR) to sign up people for food cards. What more do you need to see what that means? Your tax dollars, money you worked for,is being used to promote dependancy. This is why Obama spent his entire 1st. year selling Obamacare (sign then read the bill) instead of addressing economic problems. Success and growth were and remain of no importance. It amazes me that anyone cannot see this obvious truth.

I will be glad to look at this bill, is there a link so I can see it? I don't know anything about this proposal.
