Well it looks like you are being spared the worst Tyler, and now it will shift towards me, it will be the anniversary of Katrina on Wed. how uncanny for us to have a possible Cat 3 at our doorstep on the same day. They are scrambling like mad here already.

They are sending Jim Cantore to New Orleans never a good thing, the Angel of Death himself.

Yeah I think we dodged this one, will probably get some steady rain with it though.

Hes a meteorologist is he not? I guess you all are going to be getting a lot of attention on this storm and rightfully so.

They send him to where they think the worst will be , the spaghetti lines are still not certain but all the southern parishes have closed schools and one has made a mandatory evacuation already.

Issac is here, eye is 30 miles off the La. coast, our winds are picking up fast and the rain will follow. We are ready, it is going to be a long 36 hours to get this past us. The lights are blinking so will be generator time soon.

Just got power on, still alot of flooding in the area but we were lucky, one tree and a ton of limbs down but the house stood strong, Thanks Tyler for being concerned.

Well looks like the remains of Isaac are not finished, it has made a loop through the central US and is now heading back into the gulf below Ala. Miss. and La.right now. Guess we'll see how this plays out again.
