Porcupines

Fable of the porcupine
It was the coldest winter ever.

Many animals died because of the cold.

The porcupines, realizing the situation

and decided to group together.

This way they covered and protected themselves;

Even though they gave off heat to each other,

their  quills wounded their closest companions.

After awhile, they decided to distance themselves  

from each other and began to freeze alone and die.

So they had to make a choice:

Either accept the quills of  their companions or

disappear from the Earth.  

Wisely, they decided to go back to being together.  

This way they learned to live with the little wounds

caused by close relationship with their companions,

but the most important part of it,

was the warmth that came from the others.

This way they were able to survive.  

The best relationships are  

not the ones that brings together perfect people,

the best is when each individual

learns to live with the imperfections of others

and can admire the other person's good qualities.

The Moral of the story ..

LEARN TO LOVE THE PRICKS IN YOUR LIFE.

Jesus did it and died at the cross so he could better understand your pain first-hand, don't you think you owe Jesus a little something in return considering you don't even have to suffer at cross like he did??
