Six 1''thick center cut pork chops
cut a pocket clear down to the bone
salt and pepper both sides


2 cup Corn bread I make mine from scratch
1 med onion,chopped
six stalks of celery chopped
salt/pepper
cayenne to taste
1/2 teasp thyme
sage to taste
four eggs
beef/chicken/veggie broth whatever u prefer, enough to bind ingredients
mix,and stuff in to the chops, be gnerous

brown in skillet on both sides
transfer to baking pan
cook in medium oven 300 degree
for thirty minutes, or when meat thermometer reaches 160

serve with mashed potatoes,gravy( made from whatever broth you used in dressing)
double deviled eggs, will put that recipe on soon,and green beans..
for dessert:: Lemon ice box pie..

I forgot to put>> saute onions and celery in olive oil till tender then add to cornbread mixture..

Oh my, you just posted my favorite plate in the whole world!!
