20 c. popcorn (about 2 batches hot air)
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 cube butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In a 2 quart microwave dish, microwave on High for 2 minutes the first five ingredients, remove and whisk, put back in microwave for 3 minutes. Whisk 2 more times during the 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; whisk. Pour the caramel sauce over popped corn which has been placed in a turkey browning bag. Shake. Return to microwave 1 minute on High; 1 minute more High; shake; 30 seconds on High; shake. Cool on wax paper.
