My blueberries are loaded this year, just picked and froze 7 gallons and will be picking for at least another week.

One quart fresh blueberries
6 packs splenda or 1 cup sugar
yellow or white cake mix
1 stick butter

Cook down blueberries till juice begins to pull out, mix sugar or splenda (if to runny mix a little cornstarch, but cake mix absorbs alot of juice)
Pour berries in to medium baking dish
Sprinkle DRY cake mix to cover (break up clumps)
Lay pats of butter to cover surface of cake
bake at 350 untill cake mix is browning , about 35-40 min.
For the 4th garnish with fresh strawberries or raspberries since Gypsy has fresh ones.
A nice holiday desert and very easy and pretty.

I will try this SSC
I have a green thumb, but have not good luck with growing blueberries, I think the soil must be to acidic here.
waiting for the soil test to come back,so I can amend it, an plant some`
