Chicken Lo Mein Loo casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Chicken breasts; cut in bite size pieces
2 squash sliced medium and saute with onion,celery
1 pk Snow peas
3 pk Ramen noodles
corn starch
2 cups Chicken broth
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 lb Mushrooms
small jar of pimentos
Cut chicken into bite size .;. Heat 1/2 T. oil in wok.saute



Put noodles in large bowl. Sprinkle seasoning packets over and barely cover with boiling water. Let stand and stir occasionally.

Combine cornstarch and broth. stir fry pea pods till wilted. Remove and keep warm.
mushrooms Stir-fry chicken in 1/2 T. oil till browned.ad mushrooms stir fry 15-20 seconds. Re-stir broth mixture and pour into pan; bring to boiling mix chicken with saute veggies except not the squash
add a 1/4 cup of butter to baking dish
layer squash in bottom, then noodles drained
pour chicken and veggies over top

bake for 20 minutes last ten minutes add lots of your favorite
chees. bake 10 more minutes till cheese m is melted

serve with salad/french garlic toast
