OK this is my secret recipe:Haddock,3 lb,1 sleeve Ritz crackers and 1/2 cup of cheese puff,grind together place on top of fish..Melt one stick butter,pour over fish with the topping bake at 350 for 30 min It's great,serve with lemon,,,
