banned,

in many neighborhoods, clothes lines are not allowed and against the community rule, i assume pegs are what we call clothespins , i would imagine where tyler lives does not allow clotheslines, but that is a guess,

the word is BANNED

no not ur state, but ur gated community, there are several ones here that dont allow clothlines, or even chain link fences, but only wood privacy fences, but most are upper class, ones that the houses are built around golf courses here.. i never ment the state, i just assumed where u live has rules. i was just assuming, sorry if im incorrect, i can have one and but i dont , but my mom did, but im talking about the gated communitys, that have strick rules..but its where ppl that make big bucks live, lol, take care

Is someone hanging their washing line across the street.

Clothes Pegs ..."peg your drawers on the line Mrs Robinson never mind the neighbours."
also called Dollypegs but they were wooden.
Next door has a Whirleygig it goes round if it is windy...

Sometimes Burglars pinch the panties ...there are those that like to cross dress.

Pin up your pants from the waist to let the water drip.

once you never dare hang washing on the line on a Sunday...THE Day of Rest.
So if you only had two pairs...TOUGH!

Oh OK I thought you meant states restrictions..lol My mistake.

Yes you are right our gated community doesn't allow clothlines from what I seem to see. No one has them here. I never looked into it but I would guess they are not allowed. They all have washers and dryers of there own they don't need a clothline..lol This community does have some appearance rules. You have to keep your yard nice and kept up tidy and your lawn mowed when it needs it. You can't let things go like yards or your house either. Your house has to be pressure cleaned every year, and keep your trees trimmed..etc. All the houses here are nice.

It's true that humungus Volcano wiped out that species of man in India with a smaller scull than Homo Sapien.
They could arf run fast.
Lived in caves of course and moved around hunting.
But they had no spears..so used slingshots.
