Take a whole garlic button (or several buttons depending on how many people are eating ) and peal the outer skin on the button, don't totally peal it but just the outer skin of the whole thing. They are about the size of a golf ball. Then cut a piece of aluminum foil and place the garlic button in it. Add butter on top of it and then wrap it up in the tin foil and seal it tight so the butter doesn't get out. Keep the seam at the top when putting it in the oven. Then put it in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes. It will smell great and it tastes great. Add it to any dish. You serve it as is and cut it with your fork or knife. Just take a clove or piece and crush it in your mouth. Then of course you take the peal and throw it away or set it on your plate. Its very good, trust me.
