We have rain In Kentucky, a beautiful morning, anyway.
rain makes my flower/garden grow
plus it gives my poor soul/knees a rest from working
a bit
sitting on the porch drinking
a fresh brewed cup of coffee
contemplating life and what it means
to me
and I think
this is one of the best times of the day
just before it really starts
Mornings/a great reflector
I look to the East
A mauve sky
on the horizon

the leaves barely swaying
I softly sigh
an whisper to God
