For those of you that think SPAM is inferior meat you would be incorrect. SPAM is nothing more than seasoned Ham. Its gotten a bad rap thru the years (spam Emails,,etc) The truth is its very good and I love it.

Just buy a can a SPAM, open it and put it on a small plate. Then slice a piece and add it to some bread, add mayo or whatever you want. Some people like to fry it first, some like to microwave it, then make a Sandwich with it. I just open the can and slice a piece off then put plastic wrap over the plate to save the rest for later. I have microwaved the SPAM slice also before on a separate plate and then added it to my bread for a Sandwich.

I like Spam,I sometimes fry it for breakfast,with eggs like u would ham.
Makes a good spam salad too, grind it in food processor,put in a bowl add onions ,celery and chopped boiled eggs, mayo, and mix all up put on bread and enjoy~:)

I'm getting a few cans tomorrow, its been a few years since I had any, but I always loved it.

I should also mention it is already precooked so you don't really need to do anything but open the can and eat it. But I'm sure most people already know that..lol

I had Spam and eggs this morning, with a side of cheese grits..

I been eating spam sandwiches for days now..lol I got 2 more cans today, I think I'm addicted.. lmao

a small amount of melted butter
in a baking dish
sliced spam/kind of thin
a layer of finely chopped onion/celery
slice peeled potatoes
cheese of your choice
sliced tomatoes
spread mushroom soup on top
bake for 30 minutes

at the last few minutes
add a cup of American cheese grated
