Four catfish fillets
Crush one tube of crackers very fine
add 1/2 cup self rising corn meal
two tbls spoons of tabasco sauce


mix coating well in a zip lock bag

dip fish in buttermilk and shake off excess,
drop fillets into breading ,and fry in hot oil till done and golden brown
drain on paper towels
salt if needed
serve with hushpuppies, and tater wedges..pickles and onions~
