America was plotting war against the British Empire in the 1930's attacking us in Canada, possible on the East Coast, Battle Ships would be involved and even Sea Planes. Because we had not paid up our Debts to you..reason... we was not paid our debts back from other Countries. It was called Operation Red and you were code named Blue. If you were quick enough you might have won, but Canada had plans laid to slow you down by blowing up Bridges ect; If it had been an all out bloody war neither side would win, it would have been Stale Mate. We would have had time to enlist Australia and India into the battle. Not long after "The Great Deppression" came and people were unemployed. A lot of preparation was made and you was prepared to use Gas, which would roll along the ground because Gas is heavier than air. The American Irish did not like us. They thought us sneeky and that we would fight to the end.

Canada is one of our closest Allies if not the closest. Some of there people live here in the US and some of our people live there. They love us and we love them. They have there own military of course but rely on us to protect them, and we do. If someone attacks Canada its the same as if they were attacking the United States. Canada is safe under our protection. They basically do what we say militarily. They follow our lead. That the way it is today. If any country messes with Canada they have to contend with us. For example, if England decided they wanted to take over Canada the United States would destroy you. Of course your country would never consider such a thing that would be foolish, but that is just an example. No country can touch Canada without messing with us. In fact, Canada could probably defeat you on there own but we would most certainly step in and take you out.

I guess Canada decided to jump ships and come on-board with the United States. They wanted to be on the winning side. That was so long ago its not even relevant. The fact is Canada is part of us now. The British Empire is nothing anymore. The United States control things. Canada is with us, as are other countries. That's just a reality. We have the biggest and most powerful military in the world. Canadians are our friends. We protect them. Some of us are married to Canadians. Its almost like Canada and the United States are one in the same. But militarily we call the shots. The British are out. We control you too. You don't make a move without our approval. Because you know better than to do that. You listen to what we say. What we say goes, because we have the power. Your country would never consider crossing us militarily.

one canadian on ity game sight told me the reason they can afford heath care is because canada does not have to have a big military budget, because they know we will defend them, the canadians do have good special forces, but the british are one of our best allies as is canada, and israel,but the british are the stronger military Allie as is israel,, what was in the past is in the past. the fact is all 3 nations are very close, and have been every since world war II,,,we are especially close to canada because our nations are joined, and with the longest unprotected border maybe in the world.

i have never heard this in history, and as to the outcome would be impossible to predict, , world war II was not that far after the Great depression, and we did the lend lease to supply millitary armaments and lost alot of merchant ships trying to get military supplies to britian, and finally joining the war, and after the war, we helped build europe back with the Marshall act, named after american general marshall .
