Obama’s Drunk-Driving Illegal Alien Uncle Given AMNESTY by Judge

Barack Obama’s Uncle Omar – an illegal alien from Kenya, who evaded a Federal deportation order for decades as a fugitive, and nearly smashed into a police cruiser while driving drunk in Boston in 2011 — has been handed a green card by a Department of Justice immigration judge.
Omar, who goes by the name of Onyango Obama, is a liquor store manager who was arrested in September 2011, after his DUI. Instead of being deported, as ordered by a Federal judge’s in 1992, ICE released him after just two weeks.
Today, facing immediate deportation, with his high-priced Chicago immigration attorney by his side, Obama was given blanket amnesty by the same judge who gave asylum to Barack Obama’s Aunt Zeituni in 2009.
Uncle Omar told Immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro he has a sister and two nieces in the United States, then added, “I do have a nephew.” Asked to name the nephew, he said, “Barack Obama. … He’s the president of the United States.”
It wasn’t the first time he’s touted his connection before the law. After his 2011 drunken driving arrest, Framingham cops said Obama told them, “I think I will call the White House.”
Judge Shapiro of Eric Holder’s DOJ Immigration Court approved Omar’s application for legal residency in the United States. To add insult to every American citizen and legal immigrant, Shapiro even added the following comments at the hearing:
Shapiro said he believed Onyango Obama was a gentleman, a good neighbor, paid his taxes, and met the criteria for legal permanent residency.
A “gentleman” who met the “criteria” for residency? This is how a judge refers to a 21-year fugitive from a Federal deportation order, who was arrested for drunk driving just 18 months ago?
Paid his taxes? Again, untrue. Uncle Omar was a target of two IRS tax liens, $3,876.52 for unpaid 1988 taxes, and another for an additional $2,457.43 in 1990 — but by then Obama had gone underground to evade his deportation order. The taxes he owed were never paid.
So why was he granted amnesty? Barack Obama and his spokesperson have insisted Uncle Omar would receive no special treatment by the White House or DOJ in his case.
But Obama also said he had never even met Uncle Omar in his life, which has been proven as a lie — by Uncle Omar himself, and by Obama’s Kenyan family photos…
Uncle Omar directly contradicted the White House’s assertion that the president had never met him. Omar testified that his nephew lived with him in Cambridge for three weeks while the future president was a student at Harvard Law School in the late 1980s.
And how did an illegal alien who takes home less than $900 per week afford a $300-per-hour top-shelf immigration attorney (from Chicago no less)? The very same attorney his illegal alien, welfare-receiving sister Zeituni used in 2009 to obtain asylum.
Does anyone really doubt Obama gave his own illegal alien Aunt and Uncle the same special treatment he loves to bestow on all illegal aliens?
