1 large can of tomatoes, mashed
1 small onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 bay leaves
Shrimp, cooked and cleaned
Cooked white rice
Chopped green pepper (optional)


Combine all ingredients, except Shrimp and rice, cook until all vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaves and add 1 teaspoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle top with Tony's seasoning or Old Bay (to taste). Add Shrimp, JUST LONG ENOUGH TO HEAT THROUGH.
Should the liquid be to runny you may mix corn starch in a small amount of water and stir in to thicken.

Serve over fluffy cooked rice. Jasmine rice is awesome with this quick dish...Fresh heated french bread is a must..
