pork tenderloin cutlets cut into strip about four cutlets
salt/pepper brown
in small amount of olive oil
when done remove from skillet
add 1 green pepper chopped
2cloves of garlic chopped
i onion chopped
2 ribs of celery sliced
saute but leave fairly crunchy
add meat back into skillet keep on low heat
in sauce pan bring to boill 2 cups of beef broth
thicken with corn starch
pour in to vegetables and simmer till thick~
add two teaspoons of five spice seasoning
serve over cooked rice
