I have CCleaner, if i run it will it delete things i don't want deleted? I have not did a major puter clean up in awhile

No CCleaner is completely safe, it only deletes junk you don't need. I run it about every two or 3 days, I also run the "Registry" cleaning aspect of that program too, it gets rid of a lot of crap that can slow down your computer.
