You have to check back from time to time at that link, it says on the page the live feed is from and I quote: "Please be aware, this is a live stream and may freeze or be unavailable from time to time. "

When I first posted this link the video showed the actual oil coming out of the pipe (live), right now its not showing it, but it will again. Just keep checking back to that link and you will eventually see it clearly, and live as its happening.
