2 eggs broke and beat
add Louisiana hot sauce to your taste

slice green tomatoes.not to thin/or thick

have oil hot I use my fry daddy

dip tomatoes in egg mixture then into self rising flour that has been seasoned
if you like them well crusted double dip
with whatever spices you desire
I juse use seasoned salt and pepper
fry until golden brown
serve with ranch or homemade remolaude sauce

recipe follows
two tablespoons of catsup
I table spoon of horseradish

two teaspoons of lime juice
mix well

these are yummy! serve immdeiately!

nothing is much better than fryed green tomatoes, and fryed corn we call it , i guess some call it cream corn, to me silver queen makes the best tasting fryed corn although it does not get real thick, long ago i put some corn starch mixture in it to thicken it up, field corn thickens great but does not to me have the flavor of silver queen,,

Rosco if you take cream corn make it very thick to where you can roll it in your hand dredge it in seasoned flour and deep fry it, it makes the best corn nuggets you ever tasted, goes great with fried fish, or you can add cream corn to hushpuppy mix and deep fry, either way is great and very simple to do.
