four chicken breasts, deboned and skin removed sauteed
on both sides
juice of one lemon
2 cups of chicken broth
bring to slow simmer, add very fine chopped celery
three spring onions,greens included if tender chopped fine
lemon pepper to taste,,and cayanne pepper
add a can of mushroom soup
and stir till smooth
1 cup of cooked rice
butter bottom of baking dish
place rice in bottom
then chicken pour gravy mixture on top
bake till bubbly,remove and
add i cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
return to oven for five minutes
serve with fresh steamed asparagus
