Lots of innocent people were killed over 50,000 in one city alone.
But suicide Japanese Pilots were crashing their planes into American boats.
Did Japan start the war or America.
A large Radiation Cloud was a threat to the rest of the world.
The Bombs did end the war but to what cost.
It did save the lives of American servicemen who no longer had to fight.
This question has been put to my 10 year old Grandaughter for homework over the xmas period. She has to get 6 opinions against and fors from different people.
I was born in 1941 I was not very old and my parents kept such things like newspapers from me. It was thought I should not know such things.

My answer was YES but the majority said NO
