CNET is a safe place to download programs from what I hear. I've seen that toolbar before but never downloaded it. If you use Firefox browser you can download "addons" that are little extensions added onto your browser that enable you to download video in many different formats. With good ones like I have now you can choose what format you want the video in from youtube, that could be HD720p which is a MP4 video format, or flv 480p,, etc.
