Good concert right in your backyard there, Queen is a unique band, the guitar player uses a coin as a guitar pick, hes used that since he was a little boy, it works for him so he keeps using it. Personally I like the fender thins or mediums picks.
Btw you can go back to using the bigger video screen sizes if you want, this forums width is plenty wide to handle the larger sizes. I think the 640 wide is the one that fits nicely, it might even handle the 800 widths.

I do not know about Brian May playing with a coin.
But there is an American called Robert Kruger who plays with a Dollar coin.

Yeah he uses a coin I just now looked it up to be sure:
