Yes It is a Gretsch 6120 Tiger Maple Chet Atkins model
Yes Duane Eddie is playing on a Gretsch as well.

The Gretsch Company founded in 1883 by Friedrich Gretsch, a twenty-seven year old German immigrant recently arrived in the US. Friedrich Gretsch manufactured banjos, tambourines, and drums, until his death in 1895. His son, Fred, moved operations to Brooklyn, New York in 1916. Gretsch then became one of the most prominent manufacturers of American musical instruments.

Those are some interesting facts. I always liked that guitar its sound is unique. I like thats its hollow body helps give it that classy smooth sound but crisp. Gibson Les Paul made the first solid body electric, and it lacks the sweet acoustic ring the Gretsch can produce. Many people prefer Gretsch and other hollow body guitars because they are naturally better sounding guitars.

Hold onto that one Brian, but I don't need to tell ya that.  Husband Playing The Blues 67629
