I'm not so sure,but maybe. The drug co's lobbied hard for Obamacare. However,about 2 months ago, the Postmaster General and customs officials said they will no longer interdict non-controlled drugs of 90 day or less prescriptions from overseas. I was quoted $286.00/30 for Spiriva at Walmart pharmacy. I pay $14.00/30 for Tiova from India. They are both Titropium Bromide manufactured by Roche and use the same manufacturing standards.As far as I know, Medicare is paying the higher,domestic, price. This subjects the Part D recipient to a co-pay that is actually higher than the total I pay. We,the people,are being swindled.
