Oh Jeannie, thanks so much for posting this video. It seems like yesterday for me and that was a good time. Back then kids actually knew how to write! They also played outside and knew how to entertain themselves. How many here remember that phones had cords? A big night out was going to a drive-in theatre when it was a dollar a car no matter how many people and that left enough money to afford something from the snac k bar. Or, just  bring your own snacks. Memories memories  

We had a party line I would get all of 3 minutes to talk, loved drive inns and a nickle would buy a huge ice cream and gas was 16 a gallon they had gas wars to keep it cheep
