1 pound fresh green beans
flour
egg and milk wash
seasoning to taste ( I use Tony's..onion and garlic powder in the flour )

trim the beans but leave them whole
put beans in egg wash then into flour..repeat
fry until golden brown and crisp, they fry quickly so you have to watch them..drain on paper towel

I have cooked these, they are delicious
I make a horseradish sauce to dip them in~~ makes them doubly good..

We used Ranch tonight , we enjoy these and fried dill pickles for movie snacking

I love fried dill pickles,first time ever had them was in 1980 in Charleston South Carolina a a pub/bar called Sidney s~

Have you ever had fried bell peppers ? First time I had those was in Memphis..They are great.
