Wow that's a tough question to answer because my Mom made a lot of things. But if I think about that I'd have to say her fried chicken. I know the recipe and can make it. In fact I took over making the fried chicken in later years.
The dessert would probably be ice cream. :) Store bought ice cream. I love Vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan, and strawberry ice cream, and many others. :) Those are my favorites.
