That Flash Button, is that something to do with Adobe Flash Player.

Yes is is. Disregard it, you don't need it. Alternatively you could copy the URL of a YouTube video in there and it will show the video. But that is not necessary just copy the embed code from youtube. Also it will work for other flash files that will work with the flash code it provides. Not a big deal. Not all files will work with that simple code it provides. All it does it put flash code around the URL. I write all my own codes and never use it. In fact I don't use any of those buttons above the writing text area. I write all my own codes, that includes font colors and size, links, images, etc.
