That shows you are not even reading your own copy and pastes or you simply don't care. I care and I'm asking you to clean up your posts. Remove things in it that are from the site and not part of the article.

I beg your pardon I read every bit of it. if you click the link it is put there like this. I didn't know how to copy each page without running out of time here, to put all of the pages together, without using post after post..
